Camp Fire Wilani Camp Program Registration!

The 2023 Season is here, it’s happening, and it’s going to be amazing!
Kids need camp more than ever!

Please Read These Easy Registration Directions:

1.) Click the link for the session you would like below (dates in bold red are direct links to the session.)

2.) Sign into your account or create a new account.

3.) Choose the sessions you wish for your camper (or your family for Family Camp).

4.) You do NOT have to complete the financial aid form to choose tiered pricing! We want to make it easy for families who are struggling to choose a price point that works for them. Please review the tiered price options prior to asking for additional aid using the financial aid form. You can check “I do not want to apply for financial aid” box and still choose a tiered price.

5.) The Financial Assistance request form is an option IN the registration process. You must register to be considered for financial assistance. Forms are automatically forwarded to the review committee.

6.) Pay the deposit, then you can make payments until the week before your session! (Session balance due the Tuesday prior to the first day of your session.)

7.) Check your email right away for important information including the “What to Bring List”, directions, drop off/pick up times, etc.

True Cost vs. Tiered Pricing

We want our programs to be available to any child who wants to participate, but we also have many additional expenses to help keep our youth and families safe including: lower numbers of campers, additional staff, more cleaning and sanitization supplies, increased costs from our property owners, and more. This is what is being represented in our pricing structure:

True Cost: That actual dollar-for-dollar, break-even cost of our program per camper. If you are able, please choose this option.

Tiered Price 1: Level one cost assistance for struggling families that uses limited campership donor dollars to supplement costs.

Tiered Price 2: Level two cost assistance for struggling families with more than one child that uses limited campership donor dollars to supplement costs.

You do not need to fill out the financial aid form to choose a tiered price.

Financial Assistance Form: If the level two tiered price break is insufficient to make sure your child/children can attend camp, there IS help. Please complete the financial aid form and be prepared to submit your 2021 W-2 or two months of paystubs for every working member of your household, unemployment verification, verification of SNAP benefits, and/or other documentation. The more documentation you can supply, the more help we can provide.
