Fall Renewal Yoga and Meditation Retreat at Camp Wilani @Havenroot

Just 12 miles West of Eugene, Camp Wilani @Havenroot is a place that has brought joy to generations with camp and outdoor school programs. We now invite you to experience “camp for adults” with this special weekend. Featuring some of Eugene’s most renowned and beloved teachers, this amazing weekend is sure to spark your inner spirit and bring joy to your Fall.

 

Michele Bulgatz is a Certified RYT500 Yoga teacher.  On the yoga path since 1987, she teaching with humor, joy and passion.  Looking for the good and beauty in everyone, Michele helps her students to radiate their most luminous light.  Since 1997, she has completed workshops, teacher trainings, therapeutic trainings and master immersions.  Michele embraces a combination of heart orientated virtues, precise biomechanical alignment and supportive community offering a transformational experience both on and off the mat. 

 

Jennifer Jamieson is a yoga educator who brings wisdom, kindness, and inquiry to the mat. She blends heartfelt yoga philosophy, and asana, with the intelligence of the biomechanics of the body. She skillfully teaches to a diversity of students, enabling each to find ease and confidence on the mat. Her ability to take her life experiences as a single mother of two brings community and connection to the yoga experience. She is grateful to her teachers, Sarahjoy Marsh and Scott Anderson, with whom she participated in 500RYT trainings.

 

Laura Black is a passionate, playful, thoughtful yogini with a deep love for groovy music, dance, and YOGA! An E-RYT-200 and Master of Fine Arts in Dance, Laura originally used yoga to help her heal from physical injuries only to discover she had opened pandora’s box on the mat and realized the universe within herSelf. Now her greatest passion is to help people connect to the Divine and explore their microcosmic/macrocosmic Selves on and off the yoga mat. Laura loves sunshine, dancing, live music, hiking, being near large bodies of water, animals, and geeking out on all things related to movement, the body/mind, and metaphysics.

 

Lodging

Dorm-style cabins or yurts separated by gender, sleep 8-10, bunk beds with new, comfortable mattresses. All cabins have lights and electricity. Participants will need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow, extra blanket if they tend to be cooler at night. Participants will be able to make room-sharing requests on the registration form. Tent camping available. 

Bathrooms

Hot shower/flush toilet bathroom facilities available (no bathrooms in sleeping cabins).

Sunday – Breakfast, Lunch

All meals will be healthy and plentiful with gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options served buffet style. Hot tea and coffee station in Dining Hall. All personal food must be stored in the dining hall, no food is allowed in cabins due to animals.

Amenities

All-inclusive: Lodging, meals, all well-being sessions, canoeing, low ropes challenge course, swimming, etc. are included. Only optional massage is an extra fee determined by the practitioner.

Rates

$180 includes lodging, meals, yoga and meditation offerings, and all activities.

$45 deposit due at registration, monthly payment option available. Full balance due 09/17/19.

All proceeds benefit Camp Fire Wilani youth and family programs.

6:15 AM – 7:30 AM: Gentle Yoga and Meditation
6:30 AM – 7:45 AM: Morning Vinyasa
8:00 AM: Breakfast
9:30 AM: Canoeing, Walking Camp Tours, Pool open if weather allows
11:00 AM – 12:15 PM: Hatha Yoga
12:30 PM: Lunch
2:00 PM: Canoeing, low ropes facilitation offering, pool open if weather allows
3:30 PM- 5:00 PM: Partner/beginner acro yoga
3:30 PM- 5:00 PM: Gentle Hatha
6:00 PM: Dinner
7:30 PM: Ecstatic Dance Party at Dining Hall
8:45 PM – 9:30 PM: Yin Yoga
