Delays/Cancellations Due to Circumstances Out of Our Control
- Circumstances outside of our control include weather, air quality, hazardous road conditions or any other community concerns that might affect the health and safety of our participants, volunteers and staff.
- Circumstances can sometimes be less than ideal for our programs. We want families and our staff to be safe out there, and we also understand that many families rely on our services to be open and available.
- We do our very best to avoid cancelling any program, but in the rare case that cancellation is necessary, we will not be able to offer refunds as we have already invested the majority of costs associated with running these programs. We will NOT cancel programs except in the very worst circumstances.
- If there are hazardous road or air quality conditions on any program days, we may have a delay to our start time, schedule an early release, or amend the program hours.
- If you decide not to send your child to a program because of external circumstances or personal reasons, we will not be able to offer refunds.
Regular Refund Policy Youth Programs
A nonrefundable deposit of $75.00 will be taken at the time of registration.
Cancellations/returns requested 60 days prior to the first day of the registered camp session will receive a 100% refund less the $75.00 deposit.
Cancellations/returns requested 45 days prior to the first day of the registered camp session will receive a 50% refund less the $75.00 deposit.
Cancellations/returns requested 30 days prior to the first day of the registered camp session will receive a 25% refund less the $75.00 deposit.
Cancellations/returns requests made less than 30 days prior to first day of the registered camp session are not eligible for refund.
Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation of positive COVID-19, a family medical issue, death in the family, or other circumstances. Scheduling conflicts for another event or opportunity are not considered.
Regular Refund Policy Family Camp
Cancellations/returns requested 30+ days prior to the first day of the registered camp session will receive a 100% refund less the $75.00 deposit.
Cancellations/returns requested 7 days prior to the first day of the registered camp session will receive a 75% refund less the $50.00 deposit.
Cancellations/returns requested 6 days or fewer prior to the first day of the registered camp session are not eligible for refund. Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation of a family medical issue, COVID exposure or symptoms, death in the family, or other circumstances.
Scheduling conflicts for another event or opportunity are not considered.
