Meet Cheeto!
Hey everyone! My name is Cheeto, I’m from Richmond, Virginia and I use she/her pronouns. I currently work as a College and Career Adviser to help high school seniors figure out their next steps after graduation. In the fall, I’ll be working towards my M.Ed to become a licensed counselor. I’m a proud cat mom of two tuxedo cats named Millie and Milo. I have my own kayak and like to go out on the Rappahannock River when I can. I also like to paint, read, go to concerts, and explore the city!


Meet Yoda!
Hey! My name’s Yoda and I use she/her pronouns. I’m Nigerian but I grew up in Brunei, SouthEast Asia. Finished my high school experience in Nigeria and Northern Ireland, I am now enrolled at Purdue university pursuing a bachelors in economics. In the coming fall, I’ll be moving onto my junior year at Purdue. Fun fact about me is I enjoy playing the piano and got lessons for 8 years from ages 5-13. I look forward to meeting all of yous later in the summer.


Meet Camp Cook, Iris!
Hi! I’m Iris, I use she/her pronouns. I have three years of cooking experience, and grew up on a farm where I cooked all sorts of meals for my family. I also have about 5 years of babysitting/nannying experience. I’m currently studying to become a Paramedic! A couple fun things about me: I’ve been playing the flute for nine years, and I write poetry as a hobby. I’m super excited to work at the camp! It’s something I’ve never gotten to experience before, but I love nature and meeting new people and taking care of kids, so I know it’s going to be great!


Meet Aspen!
Hi! My name is Aspen. I have five years’ experience in camp activities, and over thirteen in teaching. I am from Oregon, and I’m currently going to college there for studies in mechanical engineering. A fun fact about me is that I have been lost in the desert before! (I survived. \;) ) I enjoy biking, running, and art activities. Here’s to a wonderful summer!


Meet Binks!
Hello! My name is Binks and I use she/they pronouns. I am from Frederick Maryland, and currently a full-time student at Montgomery College and a part-time server my local Italian restaurant. I am one day going to work in television and film… I have worked with kids aged 0-17 as a tutor, nanny, babysitter, and camp counselor! When I have free time, I love filling it with theatre, reading, painting, taking pictures, and spending time with Mother Nature. A fun fact about me is that I am a proud parent to four cheeky hermit crabs and two beautiful goldfish. I’m so excited for a wonderful summer!


Meet Ocean!
Hi everybody! My name’s Ocean (she, her) I live in Oregon but was born in Washington and have moved all across the United States including New York, and Pennsylvania. I go to Elmira high school and worked at Camp Wilani last summer. And let me tell you it was a BLAST. I love traveling and trying new food as well as being around new people. I love music and listening to my records. But always enjoy a good laugh with little kids. I can’t wait to meet all of you:)


Meet Clover!
Hi everyone! My name is Clover and I use she/her pronouns. I have lived in Eugene, Oregon for the past few years but I am originally from New York City. I currently attend Gonzaga University and studying human physiology with the goal of someday being a physician assistant! I love traveling, camping, reading, and hanging out with friends. I am so excited for camp this summer and to meet all of you!


Meet Firefly!
Hi! My name is Firefly and I use she/her pronouns. I am from Northern California and just recently moved to Oregon. I have a degree in hospitality management and have worked in both Yosemite, California and Seward, Alaska. I love the outdoors and also love to swim in super cold water! I am an avid crafter and am always starting new projects. I have 15 nieces and nephews and love playing games and crafting with them. I look forward to spending this summer with everyone!


Meet Web-Head!
Hi I’m Web-Head. My pronouns are he/him. I’m from Manchester, England and I’m currently studying for a degree in Comic and Concept Art. I love creating and drawing original characters. I also like running games of Dungeons and Dragons for my friends. I like films, musical theatre and general fantastical fiction. I am really looking forward to spending my summer with you all at camp.


Meet Moyo!
Hi everybody! My name is Moyo, I use he/him pronouns. I was born in California but I’ve been living in Mexico for the past 13 years. I’m currently studying environmental science and because of what I’m studying I get to work with a lot of kids and adults from various indigenous communities. I love cooking and baking it’s always fun to find new things to make, I love the outdoors, exploring my surroundings is a fun way to learn, crafting and painting are some of favorite hobbies. This is a wonderful experience, I’m so happy to be a part of the camp this summer and I can’t wait to meet all of you!! See you soon!


Meet Mango!
My name is Mango and my pronouns are She/They. I am from Ventura, a small beach town in southern California. I am currently a second year Biotechnology student at Ventura College with my main focus being biology and botany. My background includes being an Activities Director for the elderly and volunteering for the Ventura Land trust, Ojai Valley Land Conservancy, and Harmon Canyon in Ventura County. That work entails trail restoration, working alongside the California Conservation Corps (CCC) to remove up to 400 invasive and non-native species and planting native species in their place, as well as maintaining and teaching environmental stewardship.
Some activities I participate in for fun are backpacking, traveling, foraging, hiking, and finding ways to educate myself on how to live with sustainability. I am looking forward to meeting all of you and sharing my love for the outdoors!


Meet Agate!
Hi everyone! My name is Agate and I go by she/they pronouns. I am originally from Ohio, although I recently packed up and moved to Washington State! From a young age I have always felt astounded by the beauty of nature and have made it my goal to always venture further. I have spent the last few years traveling/hiking all across America and I am so excited to adapt this knowledge to some new terrain, and teach kids how to make the world your personal playground. This will be my first time being able to work at a camp and I could not be more excited for it! I believe that nature is our greatest source of healing energy, and I am looking forward to getting more in touch with my spirituality along with spreading the good vibes to everyone I meet. My main goal is to pass along this love of nature to our upcoming youth, and hoping to instill the same drive I have to protect and defend the beauty of the land we call home. I am looking forward to meeting all of you!!


Meet Oak!
Hi, I’m Oak (he/him). I come from the Fylde Coast, a seaside area in the north of England. I’m studying Politics and International Relations at Lancaster University and was a Student Director. I love the great outdoors and have climbed the three highest mountains in Great Britain. When I chill I like to read, watch Netflix and play computer games. I can’t wait to get started at camp, learn new skills, meet new people and work with campers ensuring they have a great time as deep down I’m still a kid at heart! Looking forward to seeing you all soon.


Meet Cactus!
Hi everyone! I am so thrilled to meet you all this summer. My name is Cactus and I use she/her pronouns. I grew up in Germantown, Maryland and my first job was an after school program tutor and summer camp counselor. In 2016 I moved to Durango, CO where I completed my bachelor’s in Public Health at Fort Lewis College. My favorite and most memorable courses were in ecology, microbiology and environmental health. Throughout the years, I have been a preschool teacher and babysitter. Since graduating in 2019, I have gained experience in social services through volunteering as a hotline advocate and working as a technician for the county Human Services department. I really enjoy connecting with others, and love talking about anything outdoor related. I am ready to get outside and foster a fun learning environment for students. In my free time I enjoy aerial arts, hiking, snowboarding, backpacking, crafting, and making jewelry. I am so excited to have the opportunity to join you all at Camp!


Meet Sherwood!
Hi everyone I’m Sherwood! I use she/her and they/them pronouns. I’m a sophomore at Oregon State University. I am a Women Gender studies major. I want to be a middle school teacher after college. I have worked as a babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, and have loved every experience learning with kiddos! I am a huge nature lover. I grew up here in Oregon. I love theater, dance, and all kinds of art. While I may not be the best singer I love to song. If you ever want to sing a song there is probably a fun one in my back pocket. I look forward to an amazing summer with y’all!!


Meet Twinkle!
Hey Everyone! My name is Twinkle (she/her) I live south of beautiful Monterey, CA. I am currently a senior at Sonoma State University- majoring in Elementary Education. I will be attending University of Washington to pursue my Masters degree in Educational Leadership after that. I spend most nights at the beach watching the sunset with my border collie, Dottie. I love kayaking and hiking. I attended camp as a child and worked as a camp counselor all through high school in the Santa Cruz mountains. Fun fact: There is a gorilla sanctuary there. So most of our “scary stories” involve gorillas, which still to this day I’m deathly afraid of. Some of my favorite memories were at camp & I can’t wait to get back and make some more with all of you!

Hello! I am Jasper, I use she/her/hers pronouns. I will be a Jackalope this summer, and it is my first time working at Camp Wilani. I live in Eugene Oregon, I’m currently a senior in High school, hoping to go to college next year and study to become a Holistic Psychiatrist. I absolutely love being outside! Hiking, biking, walking, swimming and running are some of my favorite activities to do. I’m excited to get to know everyone and work with you guys to provide a great summer of learning for all the campers and for us!


Meet Mustard!
My name is Mustard, he/him pronouns, and I’ll be a Jackalope this summer. I’m originally from small-town Kansas, but I lived in El Salvador for 3 years and I’ve only been back in the U.S. for about 6 months. I was a theater and choir kid in high school, and now I am a chronically underprepared dungeon master. I’m really excited to get to know all of you and learn new camp traditions!


Meet Bramble!
Hello! My name is Bramble (she/her) and I’m from coastal northern California. I love to garden, write, surf, roller skate, and sew! I have a degree in Urban Studies from the University of San Francisco where I focused on how to make urban parks and community gardens more available and accessible to the public. I am a K-12 substitute teacher and have worked in childcare for over 12 years. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone soon!

I play football and it gave me a chance to travel a lot but I finally have a summer off and when I was a kid at summer camp I dreamed about working at one since it was some of the best memories in my childhood so I’m excited to get out there and make some new friends.
